It is owned and operated by Skrill Limited, a UK-based company registered as a Money Service Business with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and licensed to operate within the European Union.

Although W-Commerce and online payments have made breakthrough advancement. However it is still a matter of wonder for most of Nepalese people. Very few Companies has started in Nepal which provides Online Transaction fascilities. Paypal and other international systems are almost impossible to use here in Nepal as Nepal Rastra Bank hasn’t authorissed them to use in Nepal. However very few compnies have started providing online payment service in Nepal. SOme of them are listed below.
When talking about Online payments in Nepal E-Sewa Nepal has highest user base among others. Claims to be the first online payment service, It is very easy to sign up and start sending money. E-Sewa has linked more than 45 Banks of Nepal to its network. E-sewa is used by most of e-commerce sites like Kaymu , Sastodeal etc . You can use E-sewa to pay your Electricity bills, Internet subscription fees, Buy products online etc. E-Sewa has partnered with Buddha Air, Yeti Airlines, QFX Cinemas and many other companies to provide hassle free online transaction. Nepzy, another booming 0nline payment service provider in Nepal was started to provide convenient way of online transaction. Nepzy(meaning easy) has introduced debit card payment for the first time, along with other payment solutions to make your life easy. Nepzy can be accessed through its website or mobile app. The app is available on both mobile platforms of Android and iOS. Nepzy can be used to pay utility bills book flights holiday packages, Bus tickets and many more transactions.
Another online payment system PayBill is a amobile payment focused system powered by PayMate. Summarizing this, E-commerce tradition is in starting phase and there is much room to improve. however International payment is currently not available in Nepal , NRB has indicated that it will be issuing PayPal service in Nepal for our convenient.
