Best Android Games of 2019

Gaming, in today’s day and age, is one of the top forms of Entertainment and most of the credit goes to the Smartphone industry. As we know, Smartphones have become almost a staple for people all around the world, the inclusion of gaming in one’s smartphone has also seen a massive boom. It is mainly because of the wide range of price of smartphones, especially Android devices. The days when you had to buy expensive console games are long gone.

Keeping that in mind, let us now start our review of the Best Android Games of 2019.

PUBG Mobile

Well, let us start with the obvious one. PUBG Mobile is the most popular game in the world right now. It is a PvP battle royale game where you have to survive with 100 players in an open world island which has all the things you need to kill other 99 people. Guns, Vehicles, Ammo, everything! You can play it solo or be a part of a team and survive till you’re the last man. PUBG was actually a PC game that was later developed for Consoles. After a lot of success in the PC industry, the game found it on the Android platform and it took off from there.

Part of the reason why PUBG is so popular in smartphones is that the PC version of the game requires a lot of hardware resources but any mediocre smartphone can at least play PUBG. In addition, the app developers have made the controls very easy on smartphone and both gameplay and movements are very fluent. As far as the graphics go, if you have a flagship smartphone, PUBG Mobile looks impressive. Even in older smartphones, the game works like a charm. Add to the fact, the game is totally free to play. It also serves as a social network where you interact with people via voice chat. All of these features make PUBG mobile a must-have game on your Android Smartphones.

Stranger Things: The Game

I have to be a bit bias here but I love stranger things so, I couldn’t help but put this game here. This android game ties in with the Stranger Things series on Netflix and it does it justice. The best thing about this game is that gorgeous 80’s Video Game feel. The retro graphics and music make it a really great way to pass time. The game also features a decent story and good gameplay, a perfect way to pass time. There are no in-app purchases and the game is completely free to play.

The controls are well optimized and the game has different graphics settings. The game employs a retro graphics style. So, It can be run on all of your Android devices with ease.

Evoland 2

The first Evoland game was decent enough but I found it to be very short, the Sequel totally revamps the previous game and extends it’s horizon as far as gameplay is concerned.

If I had to rate Android games based on Fun, then Evoland is the most fun that I’ve ever had with a game on a mobile device. The best thing about this game is that it is beyond a single genre and gives you a crash course through the history of video games. Say What? Let me Explain.

The game develops the graphics and gameplay as your level increases. What does that mean? Well, the game will first have a retro style black and white graphics, then it will evolve into the classic RPG of the ’70s and the ’80s. After that, the game will go into the into Side Scroller like graphics, a 3D modern RPG, a Candy Crush like platform game and even a Fighting game.

Yes! All of these kinds of games are bundled into a single storyline as you progress through the storyline. With over 20 hours of gameplay, Evoland 2 will keep you hooked. The inclusion of all these genres into a game is a really creative idea and the game delivers on it with grace. Another thing that I found impressive is the story itself. The story is hilarious and filled with all sorts of references. The game is just too amazing to put it into words. The downside here is that the game isn’t free, you have to spend like 7 dollars for it but it is totally worth it. All of these features make it one of the Best Android Games of 2019.

These are the three games that I personally find very interesting and a lot of fun. There are other casual games like Temple Run and Candy Crush which serve as a time pass. The three games in this list, however, are not casual games. You can put in hours of your time and expect to get progression. Either level systems or ranks is present in these games. That’s it for the review. These three games will undoubtedly provide you with all the fun in the world.
